...the customer service I received from Stephanie Sheek was the best customer service I was able to find in considering many locations for our Destination Wedding. Stephanie bent over backwards to keep in touch and work out every detail according to our dreams and wishes. My fiance was so happy I found a new 'friend' to discuss this with instead of him. She called, emailed, and communicated everything to me and just told me to relax and show up and enjoy it all. She's the best in the business. I was so grateful to find the customer service I couldn't find in working with the Four Seasons Lanai, Hawaii where we had to cancel our plans due to rudeness by the managment and staff. I am totally happy.
