WHAT IS A WEDDING INFOPAGE? 

 

A wedding infopage is a page within our website that serves as an online tool to provide your guests with all of the critical information you want them to know while they make their plans to attend your wedding. The wedding infopages provide:


Your Names

Picture of the two of you

Your email addresses

Your phone numbers

Your special recommendations

Wedding Itinerary

Wedding location

Ceremony location

List of your recommended lodging

Links to Lodging

Complete list of area information

List of activities in the area with links

Travel information and links to relative sites

Special Notes section to post updated information



In todays fast paced world we recognize the need to post information to your guests online so they stay informed of any changes or recommendations you may want them to be aware of.

 

We provide the Wedding Infopages to serve as a tool to compliment your Save the date cards.  It is a great way to save space on your invitation and give your guests the MOST information.

 

Brides who purchase a wedding infopage receive a 20% discount on their order of STD cards and  invitations when they order through our site.


 wedding tip:

Be sure to mention suggested attire to your guests so they know what type of clothing is appropriate for the venue you have chosen, be sure to indicate if your wedding is indoor or outdoor ~ they need to know what type of shoes to wear and if they should bring a jacket.

Why do I need a Wedding Infopage? 

Wedding infopages are a powerful tool for you and your guests - it allows you to communicate critical infomation as it develops and allows your guests the convenience of quick planning with your recommendations and easy links.

 

Posting a link to your wedding infopage minimized the amount of special information you will need to post or insert into the STD cards or invitations, thereby saving you money in printing and/or postage.

How do I order STD cards & Invites?

 

1. Purchase your wedding info page.


2. Log on to the links provided in your reply/receipt and select the product of your choice. Record all item numbers including the inner cards, outter cards, reply cards, reply envelopes etc. Every item you select will have an item number associated with it. If you neglect to include the item number you will not receive that item in your order and we will not be responsible for missing items.

 

3. Email the following information to orders.


   A. Your phone number

   B. You and your fiances full names

   C. A respond address,

   D. Shipping address

   E. Wedding date, time, location and address

   F. Which invitaion line you chose from

   G. Item numbers FOR EVERY ITEM YOU CHOSE.

4. Mail your payment to Protege Event Planning.

5. Your order will be release for shipping as soon as your payment clears.

 Frequently Asked Questions:

STD cards are available for purchase at 20% off retail when ordered from  Protege Event Planning.

 

The 20% savings on STD cards and invitations are only extended to brides who purchase a Wedding Infopage.

 

When you order your STD cards you will post or insert a link to your wedding infopage on the STD card or invitation.

 

Wedding Infopages are available to all brides not just Protege Clients.

 wedding tip:

Be sure to have your photographer attend your rehearsal. This is a great opportunity to get some 'family tree' photos of your relatives you haven't seen for a long time and may not see again for a very long time - it is also a great way to for the photographer to get acquainted with the 'key people' to capture for your album the very next day.
