HOW WILL THIS WORK?


"We will assist you in your planning."


1. You will coordinate your own wedding, and pick your own vendors - we just act as your information resource and gently guide you along the way. When you have a question about who to hire, or when to send invitations

etc., you will ask us, just send an email and we will send you an answer. EASY.                


2. When your day arrives, we are delighted to take the plans that you have in place and put them into action.We specialize in Destination Weddings, but we love our local brides too! You will find Protege to be  'full service' in whatever capacity you need us to fill since 'full service' is our only method of operation. 

 

We're happy to pick up the planning at any point to put your ideas into action. We are flexible, friendly and cheerful, because we love what we do! Just look at some the things being said in our client's comments.

You simply arrive and be married. 


Remember, we are your personal assistant from the first call to the last farewell. We assist you with every concern from invitations and wording to the placement of your favors.

 

We offer Save the Date cards and invitations for 20% off retail. We specialize in Destination weddings so we recognize your need for a helpful hand.

If you have already made all of your own arrangements, and hired your own vendors but you just need someone to be on site to make your plans happen we suggest:

Maybe you are interested in an 'All Inclusive' wedding package. We can do that too! You choose the venue or we can make recommendations. Leave the rest to us.

In a nutshell, we enable you to simply 'Arrive and be married' - we put all of your plans into action. We set you, your friends and family free to celebrate without the hassles or work.

WEDDING TIP:

[WHY HIRE A VIDEOGRAPHER?]


Often times there are friends or elderly relatives who are not able to attend the most important day in your life. While photos are an effective tool for sharing, they cannot replace film and sound footage of the ceremony itself as you are handed to your husband to be, the smiling, the giggling that happens as you exchange your vows, the embrace, the first kiss, the goofs you make exchanging rings and the tears and relief of being pronounced man and wife.  It is a joy for the elderly to watch a film of their dear ones dancing, hear the special toasts, and watch the cake being cut ... these are precious moments not only to you but to your loved ones who cannot be with you on your day. Lastly, you will find such delight in showing your children a live movie of their parents being married, being YOUNG and vivacious ... it is also a wonderful way to preserve your loved ones - I once had a bride thank me for urging her to get a videographer - 3 years later her Uncle passed away ...  the footage shot of his comments about how they met, behaved while dating and the future he saw in store for them were so dear to her ... to be able to feel close to him in some way now that he is gone was priceless. GET A VIDEOGRAPHER!

 


Wedding Tip:

Encourage your out of town guests to plan on staying three nights. Explain to them that you would like them to spend the first day traveling and unwinding (and possibly missing a flight or loosing track of luggage etc.) the second day getting familiar with their surroundings and then attend your rehearsal dinner (and not missing it due to flight delays etc.). The Third day they will attend your Wonderful Wedding Celebration and not miss a thing or be  lost ~ this is the most successful itinerary you can recommend to eliminate hassles for your guests.
